JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-07-2017 CWJC No. 13929 of 2015 was dismissed by the Single Bench of this Court on 10.3.2016 on account of fact that there is no merit in the matter. Seeking review of the order passed on 10.3.2016, the Civil Review No. 116 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner and finding no merit in review application, the same was dismissed. Further without challenging the order dated 10.3.2016 passed in CWJC No. 13929 of 2017, this appeal under letters patent has been filed only to the extent challenging the order passed in the review application on 10.2.

2017 as original order. Letters Patent Appeal was not filed to challenge the order passed in the writ petition, therefore, we find no reason to interfere into the matter. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
