After detailed arguments being advanced by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as also by the learned counsel for the State, it has transpired that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 26.9.2019 passed in CWJC No. 15326 of 2019 (Ramacast Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 26.9.2019, passed in CWJC No. 15326 of 2019, rendered in the case of Ramacast Limited (supra), with the express consent of the parties.
