JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is fourth attempt on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 342 of 2012 arising out of Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2012 pending before learned Additional Sessions Judge - VII, Sasaram, Rohtas. It is submitted that out of eight witnesses two witnesses have already been examined including widow of the deceased and informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby refused. However, Trial Court is directed to do all the needful and preferably conclude the trial within six months from the date of communication of this order. Rajeev/- (Akhilesh Chandra, J.) U T
