JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 6513 of 2017, the respondent Corporation has considered the application of the petitioner and has found that a sum of Rs. 5851/- is payable towards the difference on the head of A.C.P. from 10.03.2011 to 30.04.2012 and a sum of Rs. 15,783/- is payable towards 6th Pay Commission salary difference from 01.04.2010 to 30.09.2010. It is further submitted that the said total amount of Rs. 21,634 has been transferred to the account of the petitioner on 27.08.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.3520 of 2018(5) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Thus, this Court finds that nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt petition, hence the same is disposed off.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, the earlier order dated 21.08.2019 stands recalled.
