The petitioner Chandra Kishore Sharma seeks bail in Special Case No. 06 of 2014, arising out of Complaint (Official) Case No. 1128 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the betel shop of the petitioner 600 gms. of Ganja was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that small quantity of Ganja was recovered from the betel shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail for about 11⁄2 months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1324 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Madhepura in connection with Special Case No. 06 of 2014, arising out of Complaint (Official) Case No. 1128 of 2014.
