The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the First Information Report, an allegation has been made that the accused persons in the dead-night at about 1 AM got the door opened and demanded a glass. When it was refused, they dragged the son of the informant to the side of the temple and caused fire arm injury.

Looking to the allegation and the nature of behavior done by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7714 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Singh @ Pappu Kumar Singh is rejected.

The Court below, however, is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
