2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s :- "I. For commanding and directing the respondents to grant promotion and benefits of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression Scheme) and M.A.C.P. (Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme) to the petitioner w.e.f. 9.8.1999.

II. For commanding and directing the respondents to provide entire arrears of salary with statutory interest upon the aforesaid monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of its realization. III. For holding that despite being entitled to the aforesaid benefits i.e. promotion and benefits of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression Scheme) and M.A.C.P (Modified Assured Career Progression

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
