Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that only one mobile set is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni in connection with Rail Barauni P.S.
