2. The petitioner wants contempt proceeding against the opposite party for not following order dated 09.01.2015 in CWJC No. 11296 of 2011.

3. Learned State counsel points out that the Writ Court only gave liberty to the petitioner to file detail representation which if he files within four weeks was to dispose of by the concerned officer.

4. This Court has gone through the documents on

Patna High Court MJC No.227 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 record which shows that the order of the writ Court was not followed by the petitioner himself inasmuch as there is no representation to show that within four weeks any such petition was preferred before the opposite parties. The first representation is of four years later, dated 15.12.2014.

5. In that background, no contempt is made out.

6. Accordingly, MJC No. 227 of 2024 stands disposed of.
