2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 45 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named accused persons and some unknown persons pelted stones on the police party and also damaged their vehicle, due to which, some of the police personnel sustained injury.
