29.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 (Tr. No. 08 of 2014) registered under Sections 370(1), 370, 372, 373 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 6/8 of the Pocso Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 7 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act pending before the Additional District & Sessions Judge-, Jehanabad.

Considering that the case of similar nature is pending against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
