This modification application has been filed for modifying the name of the petitioner No. 3 which has been wrongly typed as 'Lakshar Chaudhary' in the earlier petition (Cr. Misc. No. 5652 of 2021) whereas it should be 'Lakshan Chaudhary @ Lakshman Kumar' as mentioned in paragraph No. 1 of the modification petition.

The name of petitioner No. 1 Dablu Kumar @ Dabul Kumar has been wrongly typed in the order dated 25.11.2021 as 'Dablu Kuar @ Dabul Kumar.

In view of the above, let the corrections be made in the name of petitioner No. 3 and petitioner No. 1. Let the name of petitioner No. 3 be read as 'Lakshan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3075 of 2022(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 Chaudhary @ Lakshman Kumar' in place of 'Lakshar Chaudhary' and petitioner No. 1 be also read as 'Dablu Kumar @ Dabul Kumar' in place of 'Dablu Kuar @ Dabul Kumar. The office is directed to make the necessary corrections in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 5652 of 2021. The petitioners are directed to surrender within four weeks from today.

It is made clear that rest of the conditions shall remain the same as have been observed in the earlier order dated 25.11.2021.

The order dated 25.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5652 of 2021 is modified only to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, the present modification application is allowed.
