In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2001 registered for offences under sections 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a Contractor was to execute the work, for that, Rs. 2,72,500/- was given to him as an advance. Allegation has been made that he executed the work of Rs. 1,84,000/-. It has been submitted that the work of Rs. 2,72,500/- has been done but due to clerical mistake it has been recorded Rs. 1,84.413/- in place of Rs. 2,72,500/-.
In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
