The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2013.
