The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he among the five others snatched Rs.6000/- from the informant and Rs. 2000/- from the friend of the informant Firoz Alam at the gun point Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 09.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
