From the record, it appears that a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party no. 2, in compliance of the order of this Court, suggesting that in terms of the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner for grant of Arms license was duly considered and having found no merit, has been rejected vide order dated 25.02.2019, giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal, as has been provided under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959 read with Arms Rule, 2016.
