The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 190 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Traffic Act.

The father of the victim made allegation that somebody kidnapped his daughter. During course of search, the victim was recovered from the house of Ranjit Khalipha and she disclosed that Ranjit Khalipha and his son Rohit Khalipha made her kept in his house and forced her to indulge in flesh trade. It is submitted that the victim is a major girl. She was not found inside the house of the petitioner. The father of the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5410 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 jail since 26.06.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.
