Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.9.2015 in a case registered under sections 302, 120B, and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Moreover, case of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any concern with the family member of the husband of the deceased which is evident from perusal of para 10 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna in Bhadaur P.S.
