JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 has been arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application of petitioner no. 1 namely, Ranjeet Singh@ Ranjeet Kumar Singh.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 341, 353, 504, 427, 379, 307, 283, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 5/6 of Essential Services Maintenance Act.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14291 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 the case that petitioner no. 2 is student, this present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the above named, petitioner no. 2, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
