4. 13-03-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case no. 170 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 20/23 of the NDPS Act.

From the possession of petitioner 10 kg Ganja was recovered and from possession of Sonu Kumar @ Bablu Kumar also 10.5 kg Ganja was recovered.

It is submitted that less than commercial quantity of Ganja was recovered from the possession of petitioner and petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts that 10 kg Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1963 of 2015 (4) dt.13-03-2015 possession of another accused 10.5 kg Ganja was recovered, the report shows that the recovered article is Ganja, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly the same is rejected.
