The present case has been registered on the basis of the complaint petition and accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others kidnapped wife of the informant and subsequently, sold her for prostitution.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.12.2015 and the impugned order reveals that up till now, victim could not be recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Mufassil P.S.
