1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.08.2022, passed in CWJC No.4287 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Dinara, District-Rohtas has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 20.05.2023, in connection with

Patna High Court MJC No.75 of 2023(5) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 Encroachment Case No.41 of 2022-23, hence the order of this Court has already stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the State-authorities for enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 20.05.2023, passed by the Circle Officer, Dinara, DistrictRohtas, in case there is no other legal impediment. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
