The issue involves in the present writ application is no more res integra. Vide notification dated 19.05.2015, the State Government constituted Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015 to take care of the dispute of Anudanit Shikshak.

Considering the notification dated 19.05.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Pradhikar for redressal of their grievance. In the event, the petitioners file representation along

Patna High Court CWJC No.20020 of 2018(4) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar will entertain the petition and dispose of the same after condoning the delay, if any, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing the representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
