Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Sadar(Sonki O.P.) P.S.Case No.494/15 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511 of I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be the son of the informant tried to commit rape upon his bhabhi. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and later on compromise has been affected between the parties Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1315 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 within six weeks from today and pray for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order, if possible, on the same day.
