JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 22/10/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 47 a of Bihar Excise Act and Sections 20 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act.

From the possession of petitioner six litres country made liquor and from petitioner no.2, six litres of country made liquor and further fifty five grams of ganja were recovered. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3011 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Considering the quantity of recovery and period under custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special judge, East Champaran at Motihari N.D.P.S.
