Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363,366A,372/34 of the IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.64694 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
