Petitioner seeks bail in Pakrideyal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered under section307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner along with 13 other accused persons and alleged that they assaulted the informant and others. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with lathi. It appears that there is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner. The informant got four incised wound out of which three injuries were simple in nature and injury found on the head is opined to be grievous. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2014.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3966 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Sikarhana at Motihari in Pakrideyal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014.
