JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of Rs. 1 lac from the hosue of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact it is the informant, who brutally assaulted the petitioner, when he demanded his wages, for which, the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant and only to save his skin, the informant has filed this false and concocted case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1434 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additioanl Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
