The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 648 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
