Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukha (Lamaniya O.P.) P. S. case no. 31/2014 registered under section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.

According to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on account of cutting grass from the field of the petitioners. So far as injury to the daughter-in-law of informant is concerned, annexure 3 to this petition reveals that she did not sustain any external injury. The order of learned Sessions Judge also does not reflect that informant as well as her daughter-in-law sustained any injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani/concerned court in Laukha (Lamaniya O.P.) P. S. case no. 31/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
