Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 488 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 341, 323, 313, 504, 506 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.4229 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 488 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
