2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, three persons riding on motorcycle came in premises of the High School and started indiscriminate firing creating chaos in the School.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Allegation of firing is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. No one sustained firearms injury.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is alleged to have caused indiscriminate firing in the school premises and he has got four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
