In the said circumstances, the order dated 5.3.2019 stands modified to the extent that names of appellants, namely, Subhash Yadav, Rakesh Yadav, Awadhesh Yadav @ Awadhesh Prasad Yadav and Suresh Yadav be read in title portion of the said order and further four weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the appellants to surrender before the court
