The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 332, 333, 353, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and also Section 30(a), 41 and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, nobody has sustained injury. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 01.11.2019.
