Petitioner is said to have assaulted with Dabiya causing injury on the head of the informant. Annexure-2 is the injury report which reveals one incised wound on the scalp of the informant but the aforesaid injury was found simple in nature. Moreover, the occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
