The petitioner's grievance is that though his name exists at sl.no.511 in the seniority list but the District Level Promotion Committee has not considered his promotion in Senior Selection Grade.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.4) for redressal of his grievance by filing a detailed representation along with a copy of this order. In such case,
