JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Vidyapati P.S. Case No.19 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 354(A), 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that all the accused persons including the petitioners have assaulted the victims by different manner and caused the injuries at different places. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.206 of 2019(4) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order preferably on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
