The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sulekha Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Dharhara P. S. Case No. 82 of 2014.
