The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 354A, 427, 337, 338, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they resorted to brick batting and breaking the control unit of polling booth when female voters prevented from casting bogus vote. They

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the entire allegation is general and omnibus. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Nawada in connection with Kawakole Police Station Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
