The petitioner is in custody in connection with Session Trial No. 29 of 2019 arising out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 352 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section 307, 120B, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a convict in a case under Section 302 of the IPC in which he is already in custody and he is a veteran criminal of the State, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application is accordingly dismissed.
