The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-B)a 26(i) 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion with motorcycle. From the possession of the petitioner only a bunch of keys was recovered. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 14.07.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Mausami Singh, Judicial Magistrate . Ist Class, Munger in Asarganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014.
