The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's motorcycle was robbed by three miscreants.

One Manager Sahni was apprehended with motorcycle, who claimed that the other two persons were petitioner and Bhagat Sahni.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the possession of the petitioner no recovery has actually been made and Manager Sahni implicated the petitioner only because he was on inimical terms with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3586 of 2015 (02) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014.
