The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that on the basis of the disclosure made by the petitioner, spirit and other materials for manufacturing country made liquor were recovered from Annapurna Rice Mill situated near Paramdih bridge by the side of N.H. 30. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
