Petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and Rs 2, 01,110/- said to be stolen money was recovered beneath the bed of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as so-called confessional statement of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

According to the prosecution case itself, several articles were stolen including laptop etc and cash of Rs 3,03,800/- but no article has been recovered except cash from the house of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner has some criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
