The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these two petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members, as a result of which, four persons sustained injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that on the alleged date of occurrence, on account of playing D.J. on high sound, a scuffle took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. There is general and

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 617 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
