The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.361 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

Rajkishore Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Biran Yadav, Munna Yadav, Raj Kishore Singh, Vikash Singh, Uttam Singh, Prakash Singh and Shailesh Singh are said to have fired upon the deceased for a dispute over some lands. 4.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no legal evidence to connect him with the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.4924 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Naugachia, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.361 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial.
