2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Title Suit has already been filed and the same is pending.

3. In view of such submissions, the continuation of the present application would not be proper especially because the matter relates to the dispute with regard to the title of the said land.
4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points in the trial of the T.S. No. 774 of 2022.
