Case No. 129 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3428 of 2015 (4) dt.06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioners on the ground that petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3428 of 2015 wanted to marry with wife of the deceased who happens to be his sister in law. In course of investigation, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3428 of 2015 was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 4842 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S.
