Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 25.12.2015 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The written report of the informant shows that the entire allegation reflects against the husband of the deceased. Moreover, the other in-laws have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
