The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 354B, 341, 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, it is stated by the informant that her father-in-law, the petitioner herein finding her to be alone beat her up and outraged her modesty. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the FIR are false and concocted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of property dispute between the petitioner and his son, the husband of the informant herein. He is in custody since 27.7.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Investigation in the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over one year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case no. 140/2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
